Our refund policy is hassle-free if you notify us of your change of plans more than 24 hours before the tour date. Due to the possibility of inclement weather in Maui, if we determine that it is unsafe to conduct the tour, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Yes, we offer private tours that limit the van exclusively to you and your party. However, please note that the tour itinerary is pre-set and not customizable. If you’re interested in booking a private tour, please follow the link and complete the online form.

Yes, we can accommodate up to 50 people.

We provide your choice of sandwich. Selection includes turkey, ham, roast beef, Italian BMT, tuna, veggie patti.
Lunch comes with chips and a cookie. Unlimited drinks and snacks provided throughout the day.

Yes, we provide an assortment of muffins, danish, yogurt, cheeses, fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice. Additionally water, soda, and juices are provided throughout the day along with unlimited snacks.

We have 14 passenger vans, we limit occupancy to 13 per van.

Please bring your own car seat. We can provide booster seats for toddlers.

To finalize your booking, please indicate the name and address of your lodging in the comments section and select a nearby hotel. We will confirm if a pickup can be arranged before your tour date, otherwise we will meet at our designated meeting point in Kahului.
